Hey you. I’m glad you’re here, I see you.

My name is Amarilis Perez Pullen, MSW

My practice centers the leadership of Black, Brown, Indigenous, Latinx, and People of Color by cultivating spaces for purpose, wholeness, and thriving. I support people, teams, and organizations through coaching and consulting services. Let’s connect and see where the possibilities take us!

Raíces/Roots

Comes from the Latin word radix, which means "starting point.” You can think of your raíces/roots, as the place where your leadership starts.

Mis Raíces are my cultural roots.

Mis Raíces ground me.

Mis Raíces are where I explore root causes for my behaviors, actions and mind set.

Mis Raíces are my leadership super power.
